Yeah, and the case where it bugs me the most is probably ep 11, where Dr. Nambu doesn't let the Team know what's really going on with the Blue Hawk, and then just sends in Red Impulse (who's really, the biggest case of Dr. Nambu withholdikng info, though for different reasons).

It's things like that that make it very plausible to me that Dr. Nambu might have known Getz was crooked but withheld the info from the Ninjas! I imagine he would think that it was always for their own good or the greater good or something like that (and, conveniently, it enables the plot twists too!)
