LOL, I am sure it would survive much better if it was brought back to the Owls nest. Considering now that Ryu/Tiny has touched the Owl-ette and left his scent on it the Owl-ettes parents will abandon it.

That looks like a very cold, sleety rain falling.
Although I would think Condor could look a little more drenched than he does - the hair is too "fluffy" and there are no rivulets running inside that open shirt.
