I always thought that Galactor had bunches of bases, small, big, and medium, established long before the Turtle King/Robot Stegosaur hit town. Then one would simply be selected as the main base for a particular evil-mission in progress.

I've finished reviewing GoS ep 83) Web of Danger (Gatch #84 Smog Fiber, Spiderweb Iron Beast; BotP Spectra Space Spider). GoS didn't do Gatch episode 81. (Probably saved Dirk a lot of grief that way!) That's why the numbering's off.

Don't know about the others, but that's the way it is in my AU. It just made sense to me that Galactor would have a number of bases for different purposes. That way, mecha and personnel don't have to travel implausibly long distances to cause trouble.
