Hi all!

I'm glad that someone had that shot of Joe and the fellow in the bird head T-shirt to post. I have that show on videotape somewhere, but haven't been able to locate it, or I'd have done it myself.

It's from a 1982 episode of "Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends" titled "Along Came Spidey" (Retelling the origin of Spider-Man). When it first aired, that cameo caused a small stir among early Gatchaman fandom as everyone was trying to find someone who had recorded it.

Cain, I checked. It was Spiderman and his Amazing Friends (the 80s cartoon). Of course, the Youtube link is long gone. Grrr.... But it was an episode where Spiderman fights Crusher Hogan in the wrestling ring. This is a shot of the crowd as Spidey goes in.

I wonder if it was a mistake, or a way of avoiding copyright infringement issues?

If it weren't so clearly Joe's face, I might think that Ken had been demoted!
