Excellent, no excuse for new fics now (please). I'm actually having to do work, at work so I need distractions.

I can completely recommend Barrdwing's new fic. It's so beautiful.

As usual Barrdwing writes a great, if slightly eerie story, full of reflection and showing the growing connection between a new formed team.

Good work Barrdwing!

I actually didn't find this fic eerie at all. It touching and sad, but not spooky. JMHO...

But yes, it's well worth a read! thumbsup2

Thanks all! I'm glad that you've enjoyed reading it. Smile I definitely wasn't aiming for edge-of-the-seat thriller material here (I don't think I could even write that genre) but I figured the story warranted a mild caution. It's the closest this Zark has come so far to writing about tragedy, and I will confess that I had some creepy over-the-shoulder moments while writing it (I am such a wuss). So anyway, still feeling my way through story classification and all that good stuff. (Practice, practice!)

The most important thing is that it be a story people enjoy reading. Big Grin So, I'm glad to hear that folks liked it.

I had a dream about a little ghost girl last night! I was trying to help her! I woke up a little creeped out... LOL Thanks a lot, Barrdwing!

I loved reading Emmeline, I enjoyed not only how it was written but the direction it took.

Looking forward to reading some more!

Springie--oops! Sorry to give you an uneasy night. Vigil Although dreams sometimes kick-start a new fic for me: I'm getting ready to post another Princess story, one that played out its first third in a rather vivid post-late-night-pizza dream. That will be Lemonade, as soon as I finish formatting it for posting.

Many thanks to everyone for their feedback! It's greatly appreciated. Smile

Oh good...another Barrdwing fic! I'm so glad to see you writing again!
