Yes TJ it's him. It's also that ep when Jun stood up to Ken and called him "cry baby".

There are a couple that are missing from there (Like the Commando Squad Captain in #73 and a Gallactor Base Captain from #74), and a few guys who are listed there as Captains who aren't (Like the Black Bird Riders in #85 and the Gallactor Members in #87), but that's overall a fairly good list.

Here's my favorite, at least where sheer total dorkiness of costume is concerned. This is the captain of the Devil Snake mecha from the OAVs . . . or, as I like to call him, the pony-guppy-salamander guy.

Barrdwing posting from spousal computer, since hers is completely AFU this morning . . . Why the tail? That's a really good question! Sometimes I think the costumers just really had it in for the captains, and the captains were all so fashion-challenged that they couldn't tell how bad the outfits were. Tongue

Perhaps it was like a hazing stunt. Wear the flashy costume and survive an encounter with the Science Ninja Team, and you get to lead Galactor! Only Berg Katse ever passed the test... but only barely. That's why he still have to keep wearing his costume. Wink

You could also go with the idea that Katse wanted the Captains to look sillier than he did. Big Grin
