I starting to think he has all the G-machines in there too!!!

You must be that Toy maker from the Christmas Fair in Paris. that made the scale model with full working engines of the God Phoenix...and here I was thinking you were just a character in a story...

Should you ever decide, for some strange reason, to sell your Phoenix on Ebay, I predict that a bidding war of epic proportions will ensue!

Im looking for a good screen grab of the G-5 wing markings for the phoenix, i will be doing these in white sticky vinyl but i need a good quality capture so i can get them accurate. Any takers?

Fury you have to understand this is in international board. Some people are only just reading your post while others may have read it before they went to bed. You usually need to give things at least 24 hours notice before you can expect results. Or like me are on our work computers and do not have access to our home computers.

Give us time... and we will respond. Laugh

I can see it now. First the main part comes out of the water. Then it picks up the Swan harley in the left wing, then the Swallow Car (sorry no smiley for a buggy type thingy in the right buggy, then the Condor Car and finally the Eagle f15 will land right in the back.

Fury I am overly awestruck and slightly envious of your creation. I must agree that if you were to get all bugs worked out of it, you could possibly get some possible large cash for it on e-bay. Except then you would have the license stuff to deal with. Thanks so much for giving us the ability to create our own though.

One more thing... I think the toy creators for the new movie coming out, ought to look into investing in something like your model. They would have the license and you have the thought process into it, something you might want to look into.

Even if it doesn't do well on it's maiden voyage, it's still quite a conversation piece on the coffee table or hanging from the ceiling....

Oooo...I just had an idea...don't ask me why...I don't have kids but some of the parental units on this site may get inspiration...

Fury's pheonix brought back memories of my dad building models, which he hung from my brothers' bedroom ceiling...The enterprise, Klingon battle cruiser, Romulan Bird of Prey, Space 1999 Eagle...

Then the idea...kiddie mobiles of the team with the Dare Da song...

I have used one of the shots and liberally resized it.

Here is the result, me out in the garden and the phoenix trying to fly out of my hands in the light breeze lol

Looks ok to me Smile

Eek2

This reminds me when I had a bit of inspiration as a teenager. I kinda of made various design of paper aeroplanes. I know, I know, it sounds stupid, but I did use variations on the usual designs and various designs, eg a coffin shaped design whith the narrow end at the back. about 90% of the planes I made actually flew.

I even tried them outside and they still flew. One of them actually got caught by a gust of wind and flew, in a sort of staggered twisting way, about 50 metres or something like that. One of the proudest moments of my life that was.

But your model fury is just.....just.....just awersome.
