Toneman leaves the thread, and goes back to the Rubber room...

Speaking of getting it all wrong with work...
DH needed to get up at 6am this morning to get to a meeting that started at 7.30am...
He sets the alarm the night before...
I get up because the baby is crying at 6am, i go and settle her down with a toy and in my sleep walking state go back to bed...(She'd had me up for an hour during the night with teething pains.)
I should have nudge him not realizing the alarm didn't go off...
DH didn't wake up until 7.30am, thats when I realized he was still there...
"Ahhh Darling...don't have a meeting this morning?" Ebony innocently nudges him...
"OH SHIT!!!" DH panics and he bolts out of bed....and dresses in five seconds flat and he's out the door as fast as the white shadow...

Dunno...he gets away with a lot in his office cause the girls just love him...he's say something cute like...the baby needed a cuddle, and he gets excused for being late...Ebony shakes her head...
