And Swans, Why pick on just one Eagle when there are so many of us around. That's what PM's and the rubber room is for.

I think the Swan's problem is there is only one around at a time.
When a new one shows up, an old one disappears. Or Eagles disappear for unsaid amounts of time and the Swans start getting edgy and start prodding the one Eagle that is left.
