Hahahaha...yeah, she *does* get around quite a bit these days, doesn't she?

Glad you like the pic!

Ebony, I've never heard of watercolor pencils before...I'm really new to all of this art stuff. Some people on Deviant Art have been trying to coach me...and they keep mentioning things (mostly computer-y things) that I've never heard of...but I'm definitely going to look into it...

Springie makes a note to go buy some watercolor pencils...

I love this one Springie! I think you need to explain what's going on though... before AND after.... Wink

And SJ, Swannie is NOT a harlot. This is the Swan CONDOR thread. We're keeping all CONDOR things here.

Now, if we mixed them all around, *that* would be getting naughty... uh... like my fic... Blushing

Sounds like it's right up your alley for a fic, Springie! Poke

ROFL 2 CD!!! You don't know me very well, do you? I'm obsessed with fic writing. Seriously, it's a problem. If I'm NOT writing something I grow antsy. I start thinking about it all the time... nervous twitching ensues... I have it BAD.

That being said, I will admit to always having a fic in the works. The moment I finish one, I start another. This has become the circle of my life... (and the Lion King music swells)

And since this *is* the Condor/Swan thread, I think it's appropriate to tell you that this one features a very hot Condor and a very hot Swan joining forces.. Wink

Don't start holding your breath though. I'm only about halfway through writing it at the moment.

And I guess I can't convince you to post in parts as you write, like SJ does?

No? ???

I guess not. Crying1 I will just have to wait.

Ummmmm..... no. Wink

I have reasons for this though. The BIG one is that I change the fic as I write. I'll think of a good plot twist and then go back and change earlier bits to make it flow more smoothly. Even though these changes are often minor, you'd notice discrepancies if you were reading. I don't actually know that a chapter is okay to post until I'm done with the entire fic. Does this make sense?

Now that's not to say that I don't review the fic even once I'm done. I'm constantly making changes to it, even as I'm posting. It's amazing how many times I can proofread and still not catch stuff!

There other (very good) reason I don't post as I'm writing is because then I'm under pressure to finish it, and I like to do that on my own schedule. After all, there are certain Hootie types out there who seem to like asking people to post more fics... Wink

I'm j/k CD Huggles but it is true that I feel more pressure to write quickly if people are waiting for a post. And I'm not sure that's best for my creative process.

On the up side, you will NEVER see an unfinished fic of mine posted. So no frustrations in reading a fic and enjoying it, only to find out that the author has dropped the story altogether!

Take your time, TJ, we are all waiting patiently.....

I am curently at loss of idea now. Funny ideas, for I don't like dark ficcies.

That explains, very well, how I feel when I have to write reports or prepare things for others. Let me write the whole thing, go back and check to make sure things connect logically and THEN I will hand it to you.

I hate coming across Fics that are not finished. Especially when I have been hooked by them after reading for hours. And as you say how are you to know if the author has dropped the story or even dropped out of the Fandom.

*Cloud is thinking of Alison Weisner's Fanfic. And really wants to know how Ken knows ?Hakase isn?t dead.? The very last line of the fic. Don't leave me dangling there. Cloud stomps foot in brattish manner, I want the ending. I want .... What? Okay! Cloud leaves in a sulk.*

Thanks Amy! But as for ideas.... you have something unfinished, don't you? I don't seem to recall an ending being posted to Shattered Goals. And how about more of Know the Enemy?

AND you have the fic describing this series of drawings you've been producing...

See? LOTS of stuff to work on!

And CD, I'm glad you can appreciate my reasons. In fact, just last night I realized that I had forgotten to add in a few crucial lines of the piece of my fic that I just wrote. DOH! That's what happens when you have your eye on the prize and miss a few small details...

Anyhow, I'm working, and doing some every day. So it will be finished sometime. Wink
