Which Celebrity Do you Look Like?
Try this... I had so much fun with it...(nabbed it from Madilayn)...I did it for my whole family... and laughed until I cried! It said I looked like Paulina Poritzkova, Sharon Stone, and Lindsay Lohan...among many others...

What a bizarre site!
I don't seem to have a lot of suitable pictures of myself, I guess I'm always the one behind the lens instead of in front of it.
In order of matchingness from my first pic:
Camille Saint-Saens (but.. but... he's got a fucking huge beard and no hair! )
Carmen Electra (O RLY?)
Diana Ross (another O RLY?)
George Soros (perhaps because we both wear glasses?)
Megawati Sukarnoputri (glasses again?)
Richard Stallman (but he's got another beard and this time it isn't even grey!)
Q'Orianka Kilcher (I wouldn't mind actually, but our face shapes, eyes and noses are very different so I can't see how I resemble her)
Corazon Aquino (glasses?)
And from my 2nd pic:
Bae Yong-jun (another male match)
Giorgio Moroder (I regret to say, I can actually see a resemblance there)
Madhuri Dixit (I wouldn't mind resembling her a bit)
Ilya Prigogine (I wonder if my grandfather looked like him?)
Anton Webern (uh)
Eddie Murphy (WTF? Is it because he's wearing sunglasses?)
Heitor Villa-Lobos (he looks like a psychopath)
Q'Orianka Kilcher (again)
Kate Bush (I just can't see that resemblance)
Kyle MacLachlan (I'm going a bit Twin Peaks myself by this point)

Oh, but isn't it fun???? I'm addicted!! I've done one for my whole family....I don't know when I've laughed so hard...
Here's my second one...Christie Brinkley and Lindsay Lohan (again)...I don't quite see where they got Christie...but I'm flattered...
I couldn't get the URL to work... but I posted it on my blog...

I hope this won't work as the computer is drunk or on drugs. I don't who she is but this weird. I may try a second pic.

When I copied and pasted the url, it did work even though the first screen that came up suggested it wouldn't (have to click past that one). I dunno if the url entered in here works though, even though it's the same one.
I know excatly why you've got all those people on your lookalike list - you're smiling on your pic and they're smiling on their pics. So it's working on the resemblance to a smiling face.
It's a bit like when somebody was trying to develop an AI computer system to identify tanks in photos. They gave the computer lots of photos of fields with tanks in, and fields without tanks in, and it seemed to have learned what to do rather well. And then they tested it with some photos it hadn't seen before, and it didn't work. It turned out that all its learning tank photos were taken on a sunny day, and all its learning non-tank photos were taken on a cloudy day. So the AI had learnt to tell when a photo had the sun shining, instead of learning to spot tanks.

Pretty neat...AI, huh? Meridian, the link you posted worked for me...it is fun to see what pops up...they say it works better if you use a non-smiling pic...(like a passport photo or driver's license, maybe???UGH)

Why and how I already explained Had they used photos of those celebrities (whoever they are) with different facial expressions, they wouldn't have showed up in your lookalike list with your smiling face.

I don't mean how and why they do it, but I mean how and why my face is similiar to the people in the list.
For example, why do I look like Oprah Wimfrey? I was shocked that I looked like the women in the list, but Oprah Wimfrey? I had to look in the mirror 5 times, just to make sure what I look liked.
I will try my bus pass photo and see what happens.
Can't wait.

I know I haven't posted a photo of myself, but I trust you can see how I am confused by the inclusion of Camille Saint-Saens...
I assure you, I don't have a beard.

I have a high forehead, I suppose. But it's definitely got hair on the top. And while I have a few bits of grey hair, most of it's still brown.
I suspect that the bags under his eyes got read as the lines made by glasses frames. I had quite a few spectacle wearers and women with heavy eye makeup in my list.
