(looks around suspiciously.)

No one gave me any eggs.

But that is ok, the chocolate they make them of is very poor quality.

Our team lost.

(and slides further down the already bottom league to the oblivion of Chaos....)

I am guessing here, but are you a Barnsley fan?

If not, then I apologise.

If yes, then I knew someone from College who came from that town.

My egg (half an egg) came from Hotel Chocolat. Overpriced, but terribly yummy and it was a gift, after all. Definitely not poor quality chocolate.

And I think I might be visiting Thorntons tomorrow to see if anything's half price there Wink

I gotta talk to the Easter Bunny (and Santa. Somehow, the ToothFairy seems to have already taken the point) and get him to, like, co-ordinate.

He comes to our place and distributes a full portion of goodies, then he heads over to the MIL's and does the same. At Christmas, he visits every place we do -- very busy guy.

Sigh.

We have a similar problem with easter eggs - not for me, you understand, as my abilty to consume easter eggs will be legendary until I finally develop diabetes - since my daughter gets more than she can eat. And, believe it or not, I feel guilty about eating her chocolate, so it ends up getting too old and stale and being thrown away. I haven't seen my parents yet this easter since we've been away for a few days (more on that later) but I know we'll come back with 3 large easter eggs for her and I'll be throwing 2 of them away in 6 months or so.

We don't do trick or treating, and there's no presents, so there's no issue there.

Don't tell us that you are related to Hootie/Tiny then?

Ah, no. I'm not claiming the proportions of a sumo, nor a liking for everything containing sugar. I just have a big weakness for good quality chocolate, together with the ability to still enjoy the odd Twix.
