Gee, It's really cold today, and I didn't want to get up this morning.
My mom is allright now. But it'll cost many money to repair her car. Well, I think it's lucky than get hurt, isn't it? Besides, she'll have insurance to pay most of it. We all need to take more care when we are driving .

Thanks Cep's help and Tengu, Firebird(your arts are really good) your permission to use your fics on my web. I don't received many replies from my request. Maybe I should try again.

Does anyone kmow about Daniela Vezzani? He comes from Italy and also do a good job for Gatchaman II. Here's his mail. Please read it than you can go to his web to see what he had done.( I already give him my permission to link my base). Enjoy.

Hi all, folks.

Well... This mail is not exactely from a newbie, considering I
belonged to Gatchaman fandom and various Gatchaman related mailing
lists for something like seven years, but since I wandered in the
shadows of lurkdom most of the time, I guess some introduction is
required.

My name is Daniela Vezzani, and I¡¦m an Italian fan of Gatchaman who
fell in love with the series during childhood and never grew out of
it.

even heard about until I met the fandom) not with BotP (which I
didn¡¦t even heard about until I met the fandom and which episodes,

Yes, folks. I¡¦m here to testify that not only the sequels of
Gathaman were not, in my humble opinion, as bad as some may think,
they were more than good enough to get me hooked to the series while
a child and now.
I even confess that when I hear about the ¡§God Phoenix¡¨ the first
image that pops in my mind is the Chickenship**, for which I still
have a soft spot in my heart.

Ok, I won¡¦t go as far as commenting about Fighter¡¦s GatchSpartan:
I¡¦m not THAT insane!!! ;-)))

Anyway¡K being Italy one of the few, lucky countries where Gatchaman
II and Fighter were completely translated and broadcasted (and I
mean as they were originally, not as Eagle Riders), I eventually
managed to collect almost all of Italian episodes of the two series
in (very, very bad shape) video tapes and record their audio.

Now I¡¦m SLOWLY translating all the Italian scripts into English and
putting them on a web page (which, to tell the truth, I started five
years ago, hence the title of this post). Only the scripts of 16
episodes of Gatch II are online for now, but I grant you that I¡¦m
still working on it and that I won¡¦t take 2 years again to update
the page, as it happened in the past.

By the way, my old server Xoom seems to have died on me (and on LOTS
of other users), so, for anyone interested in reading the scripts,

(I kindly ask those who eventually had a previous link to my page to

Mmmm¡K the hardest part of the post (the shameless plug-in mentioned
in the title) is done, did I forget anything?

Yes, sure.

My first language is Italian, my second language is Portuguese
(Brazilian dialect). I learned the basis of English at high school
and my English got a little better after years of reading
fanfictions and messages from Mailing Lists. I can make me
understood, but I am NOT a professional translator.

This means that the translations I put online are FAR from perfect.
I realized myself that, in some points, I translate literally
expressions that have a meaning in Italian, but not in English.

So I would be extremely thankful for any correction you are so kind
as to make regarding the scripts¡¦ translations: they are not
artwork, they are barely translations, so don¡¦t worry at all about
hurting my feelings: corrections will help me to improve and will
help people to enjoy even more the work.

I guess that¡¦s all, for now. Thanks for your attention and patience,
hoping to hear from you soon.
