Hi! My name is Kathy and I'm new to this community, but not necessarily to the fandom. I'm usually hanging around on the Internet under the name "msannomalley". Some of you might remember me as the "author" of a few Battle of the Planets episode reviews that are at Gatchfanfic.com. 
In my normal life, I'm returning to school this fall to get my bachelor's degree in an area yet to be determined. I live in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where the geek community is somewhat underground. I like to write and draw and make things and I love the outdoors.

I have to admit that I was surprised to see that you're just now joining the asylum here...I just assumed that you were one of the group that was more active in the past but hadn't been lately for one reason or another. (I guess I just based that assumption on seeing your work over at gatchfanfic. I really should know better.)

Kathy, I must admit I'm surprised too that you've only just joined us over here. Too hot for Zark was one of the first fanfics I read when I discovered the fandom, and still very much a favourite of mine too.

I apologize for taking 7 months to reply to this, but well, school. Semester just ended and I passed, but I'm still waiting for grades to be posted. I did decide on a major. Psychology. It's taken a bit of getting used to (school), because I'm older than most of my classmates but the biggest adjustment was really seeing the difference between what people my age knew coming out of high school versus what kids now know coming out of high school.
Thank you for the kind words about my Zark fic. I had a ton of fun writing that one. 
I never liked 7 Zark 7, not even when I was a little kid. I thought he took away airtime from G-2. And then when I watched BoTP again for the first time as an adult, well, I liked him even less.
I'm drawing more these days than writing. I have had the worst case of fan art envy for a long, long time. I decided to take it upon myself to learn to draw. (BTW, I did not draw my avatar. Someday, I would like to make an original cartoon version of me.)
I hope to be more active around here in the coming months. Honestly, I'd forgotten that this community existed until last spring.
I do spend a lot of time on Twitter (my username is @PrairieChzhead) and Pinterest (username: msannomalley). I'm on Deviant Art (msannomalley). I'm on Facebook as Kathy Baker Kramer, too.
