I wonder if it has a flag with it that it will stake into the moon's surface to delay it belongs to China.

Something has to be decided about how the mineral wealth of the moon will be harnessed/mined and shared. I say equal shares to every country on Earth, regardless who goes there to do the work.

That's not a fair system, anyhow mining the moon wont happen for a long time.
