LOL... and that was the music they always used at the amusement parks... nice of them to now put it to a hovertrain 'disaster'!

The hover train absolutely looks as if it belonged in an episode. Shame about it being so trashed at the end though, although if it had been in an episode that would have happened anyway.

The music wasn't made for Tatsunoko: there are links to Perrey's other compositions.

Whoever made that video may not have known about its use in Gatch-derived shows (unless s/he happened to see one or more of them).

An interesting coincidence, if so.
