I've felt calmer today so maybe it did help. Anxiety for me is a fact of life, and sometimes just acknowledging that I feel squirrelly is very helpful. Sharing that I feel that way can just help explain why I do silly stuff like get all worked up about a fic cliffhanger. *rolls eyes*
I don't literally run in circles in real life, but it's totally how I picture the feeling in my head!
I read that a lot of places will have police presence at the theatres to guard against copycats. 
I have family in the area where this happened and am selfishly grateful that none of them were there.
