American pulp magazines might not have been widespread in Japan (how many GIs would have shared their printed in English magazines with Japanese civilians who couldn't read them?), but there were probably equivalents of Popular Mechanics in Japan. Maybe like the American magazine, they had their share of speculations on future devices.

Teacher At one point in #3, it says: "Well, if three propellers are good, then four propellers are gooder". Didn't this guy learn that the proper way to say it is: "four propellers are more gooder"?!

Jeez, the state of the American public education system these days...
