It's intended for handguns, but it does make a decent wallet-and-cellphone fanny pack.

I wear mine on the front. No weaponry, just my wallet and cell phone. (But the folks at the local Golden Corral saw me wearing my 6-pocket black pants and the fanny pack, and asked me if I was in law enforcement. They knew what it was!)
