Happy Thanksgiving to you too! Gotta love being a Canadian eh? Cooking two turkey dinners in two months would probably kill me! LOL!

Thanks and hope all fellow Canadians have had a Happy Thanksgiving...

And yep.. Ashke.. eating 2 Turkey dinners in two months is tough enough.. let alone cook them.. I'd say we're luckier than our US neighbours in this area..

Big Grin You'd think having an entire month to work back those extra pounds down is a good thing.. *chuckles*

No turkey for us -- it was the annual cottage closing. Much less eventful than last year -- the year of the cottage water pump issues. And Oma, who does the cooking there, doesn't like turkey, so we had chicken.

But man, did the neighbour's turkey ever smell good. And the one that the school below Rocket's music class cooked last week. And the ones on TV looked good, too.

Soooo looking forward to Christmas with my parents -- Dad started cooking it when Mom was preggers (January baby, here), and the tradition stuck. OneBit doesn't seem to think it's a particularly good tradition, having the men cook the bird, but I suspect Grandpa will love having Crackers' help.

It would be if I could actually lose the extra weight Yuki! *sigh* S'okay, never really likes swim suits anyway, especially if it means giving up my junk food.
