Interesting notion but being old fashioned I find it weird to know that if we are all the same time ie 4pm that some countries will need to redefine the working hour times ie. In Australia 1600hrs BMT would be the early hours of the morning.

Guess you could not use the term 9-5 anymore?

And there is the Zulu time that already exists, which is at least in hours and minutes.
