I gotto say that the iPhone is already a tough little bugger... I've done some accidentally horrific things with mine and it's still kicking on strong...

...I love my iPhone so much ... Not that I actually use it as a phone. I don't give that number out because, shit, people might actually call me on it while I'm on youtube, or listening to music, or playing games or on the internet, or ... wow .. anything that isn't actually talking on it.

HAHA!

Though, maybe I should give out that number a bit more ... my Surfin bird ringtone is pretty bloody awesome.

The carbon nanotube stuff is what I'm thinking of for my Gatch AU. Something people are already working on.

It's the transmuting vehicles that cause all the trouble. Especially once they get weapons. Jun's motorcycle could change external appearance without killing the engine -- but where do the missiles fit? And Joe's car would be another one. Ken's plane and Jinpei's buggy are impossible. (Hence the suggestions of alien tech by one of the show advisors.)

And in BotP, we can call it alien tech or future tech, and leave it at that.

I use my cell phone just as a phone. My poota does all the online stuff.
