I love the kill Bill movies - Quentin Tarantino has a very interesting way of looking at thinks and lots of fake blood.
So when I found these

The machine Girl - a roitous blend of arterial spray and grindhouse glee (New York Times?) a young girl avenges the killing of her brother by the Yakuza family , along lthe way she geta a machine gun attached to her arm -lots of fake blood and a very deadly "bra"
Violent with guns, martial arts, chainsaws, ninjas and Samuarai Swords

Tokyo Gore Police - with Eihi Shina - Somebody's got a bloody job to do- makers of The Machine Girl - the Police Force has been corporised - part of their job is to hund down homicidal mutants whose injuries can be transformed into deadly weapons, (guns as eyes and more chainsaw arms)
Watch for prisoner 67- sword arms and legs and the and the woman whose lower body turns into a , Crocodile is the best description
Blood, bad drivers, sword fight and more

Planet Terror - Rose McGown, Bruce Willis, Michael Biehn , Naveen Andres - a Gindhouse by Robert Rodiguez
Blood, Zombies and again Machine Guns attached to limbs, less blood than the top two more like a 70's horror movie

Robocop - fits the fake blood and machines attached to limbs criteria. One of my favorites from years ago.

The first thing that came to my mind was the Evil Dead series, where Bruce Campbell has to cut off his own hand, and then he attaches a chainsaw to that side. The best one by far is Evil Dead III/Army of Darkness, but the first two are gorier, if that's what you're after.
