G-Force related:Dean Andre's Passion EP
Dirk Daring's presence and his constant knowledge of GoS got me more curious about certain people who were involved in it, and since I'm an avid music fan, I looked to see what else Mr. Dean Andre worked on, and one thing I came across was an EP he recorded in 2008 called Passion. I heard little samples of it, and from what I heard I really liked it. I thought it was all instrumental, but he sings on it too. It reminds me of REO Speedwagon. It appears to be a download only release. It's available on iTunes and Amazon MP3:

His website says he was also a producer for other artists. I wonder what bands he's produced.

Dean's been a music guy for decades now, wearing several hats along the way. It's obviously something he's really passionate about.
On the animation front, he was one of the main music composers for the defunct Filmation Associates (of "Fat Albert" and "He-Man" fame) during the 1970's, which is where he became acquainted with it's co-founder, the late Norm Prescott, who co-produced "G-Force" along with Fred Ladd (strange how there's no mention of Norm's involvement anywhere, I found that out from Dean himself). Norm was the narrator/voice over on the show's opening as well.
Yes, he is the one to blame for the infamous "backbeat", but he didn't have much of a choice but to shove it in every episode. I'm so glad I've gotten to talk with him, his stories of working on "G-Force" have been fascinating so far. He's the only one so far who I've been able to get in touch with. Fred Ladd's recalled his work on the show here and there in interviews and in his semi-autobiography, but he's really difficult to get ahold for. The voice actors? Either that or they just don't remember much or have much to say about their work.
