Since I can't send you one for real, I'm sending you an imaginary, three-tiered cake ... the top and the bottom cakes resembling Ken and Joe respectively (you can even decide who'll be the one at either position!) and the middle one resembling you!!
And what's better than celebrating a birthday doing what you like doing best! Make sure you'll save some extra time just for yourself and to spend with your loved ones, though ... you deserve it!!

NP, I think we've both learned something.
Of course, English has more redundant words and phrases and there meaning or where they're used could depend upon which country you are in or which part of that country you are in. Easy example: tap, spigot, faucet.
