Help finding a particular picture

The Picture Shows Jason/Joe and Jun/Princess moving stealth like through the water (looks like a creek/river) either spying or sneaking up on something. (others are in the background) face are half submerged in water

I think it may have been concept are for movie , but can't find anything on sites also looked at http://belldandies.deviantart.com/ because picture is similar to ones I have seen there.
All assistance is appreciated.

I think Katsesama might have made it, as it's at her Gatchonline site, using Wilson Tortosa's art from the BOTP comics.
