Ste and I have been talking - he had an idea that we should try to do a chat occasionally.

Well, I went looking at world times and worked out a time when everybody is likely to be awake and coherent.

From what I can see - about 5am Australian time on a Sunday mornign is good.

Is early even in in Europe, early afternoon US Pacific Time, and late afternoon US Eastern time.

www.theworldclock.com is what I used.

What do you think?

My thought was that maybe a formal chat once a month - that way not puttin goo much commitment on anybody for weekly or anything.

I must admit - I have very fond memories of the Clubhouse chats...

Sure thing, mads ... you just tell me when and I'll be there. Of course evenings Canadian time (EST, I think -- Toronto, whatever that is)... is more doable for me.

If I hook up a date, then I can inform Flash that i am hiding away from he and Joshie for a few hours to goof off with friends... Tongue

If it's once a month it's not really a sacrifice. And that time works best for the people in Europe - otherwise they're having to be up at 1am or so.

If not - there are a number of others that we can use. Gatchfanfic has one (I think) and failing that - there's the Birdgo one or on Sam's other site - Tracy Island Chronicles we can use that one. Neither the BirdGo or TIC one needs pre-registration and are java chat.

This is the first time I've seen the thread...opppsss... For me it depends on whats happening with the kids. (Toddlers! sometimes like to keep me up at night, not on purpose, but we've had night terrors of late.) If I can join in I will.
