Sounds like the Mantle Project

I came across this news article today:

Sounds very much like the modern day Mantle Project to me. Wouldn't it be wonderful if this became a reality for the world?

There are so many possibilities for 'green' energy that can be developed, if only we can get the NIMBY brigade to understand the benefits. Wind, solar, geothermal, even nuclear power.

Once we get the projects going, though, it might be time to gather the team and launch the GodPhoenix!
