Paul Dini talks about Gatchaman movie

Diinzumo posted a bit of an interview with Paul Dini, formerly one of the writers for the Gatch movie, in which he explains what happened. No big surprises, but nevertheless interesting, I think. He implies that there was a lot of indecisiveness and dithering within Imagi, but I suppose it's possible that the Imagi people just weren't all that keen on his and Kevin Munroe's take on Gatchaman.

Thanks for the info LB! It seems that Paul Dini is in the obscure as much as we are as to what will be the final product of the movie! We'll see what will happen as time goes by, fingers crossed!

I am starting to think that Gatchaman won't be made at all and if it does, then it's going to be pretty awful. I hope not.

Somehow the light doesn't seem as bright for the future of the movie, still I try to keep up a small hope.

Thank you for the link LB!

I am not too sure why you don't think the movie will be made, you have to remember it was over a year ago that all this occurred, and we all should have understood that all the "old" information/writing was probably going to be thrown out when a new director and writer were hired.

It's old news, in the sense that so much has happened (or not happened, as the case may be) since then, but it's still a bit of a depressing read.

Thanks for posting this, LB!
