Yes, these are from the close up view of the trailer...I went ahead and captured them in case the trailer was taken down from You Tube...I don't think it will, but you never know with You Tube...

They do seem to have given Joe a rather "aquiline" nose -perhaps with the idea of making him look Italian?

You know, the more I am thinking about it the more I like the changes in Nambu - as a character he wasn't doing anyone any favors by just reinforcing the traditional white male establishment.
I am very intrigued by all of the shots - and feeling very open-minded to see where it all goes. This is great fuel for the imagination.

I keep going back and looking at all these stills and I am now beginning to think plot.
Do you think when Joe is on the computer screen that is Nambu introducing him to the others for the first time?
I am also thinking, because I like this idea better, that the "Joe in the strip club pic" is actually Joe in a club with Jun catching her first view of him (perhaps tracking him) from a window outside the bar. She is standing on the sidewalk looking down into the "basement" through a window. (You know, kind of like the Cheers bar.)

Glad to hear so, Springie and TJ ... I always try to say what I think with the fear of disappointing others, but that is my way of thinking! I do not have anything against other cultures, etc, but I do like the original aspect of things and Nambu, here, is way out for me! Maybe, when I watch the movie, I could find a familiar aspect in his personality, who knows! But he still is not the same Nambu!
