Condorfan! I can see Orlando Bloom as Mark/Ken, he has that metro-sexual thing going for him. But Leonardo DiCaprio as Jason/Jo! Shame be upon you. 
LD is far too girlie. Any live actor playing Jason/Jo has to be a man! Try again 
Although, I find your suggestion of Jack Black as Keyop/Jinpei is interesting. 
As for me, I would go the live action animation route. It's much more fun and has fewer action-character restraints.
