Gatcha Cameos!

So over at Gamefaqs, talking about TvC, Yatterman 2008 was brought up and how they seem to love sticking other Tatsunoko characters in as cameos. So I started to make screencaps of all the cameos thus far. Still need to do the two specials and Episode 26. Oh and 7 and 8 are missing because I just can't seem to locate any kind of video of these episodes.

The episode starts with a Power Ranger/Gatchaman parody called "Ikeman Ninjas" with a Berg Katse like villain. The three rangers (coincidentally they resemble Ken, Joe, and Ryu only with Red, Blue, and Yellow Sentai outfits respectively) combine and turn into a flaming Phoenix to defeat "Berg Katse" after he grows in size

By the way, there is a scene with a Gatch-cosplaying person in "Otaku no Video".
And my favorite cameo in non-Tatsunoko videos is Mach-5 in "Drawn Together".

Well, back from vacation, and still trying to catch up on things, so I figure I'll tackle a couple of things here.

That's Guzura, from "I'm Guzura," a 1967/68 Tatsunoko series. The studio did a color remake of it in 1987/88.

That's the Kurodako Brothers, the villains from Muteking, a 1980/81 Tatsunoko series.

And to add a couple of my own, here's one from Hurricane Polymer #18, where the villain was capturing people who were the best at various fields (The best ballerine, the best detective, etc.) and freezing them. You might recognize one of his captives.

And, from Gold Lightan #29, while a couple of the Gold Lightan characters are rooting on their pretty teacher in a beauty contest, there are some familiar faces seated a couple of rows behind them.

Thanks for posting that TJ! I remembered seeing a cameo of Joe in some cartoon but couldn't remember which one.
