Gatchagames

I was playing around on the web looking for pics and found this on Sayuri's site... I did a jigsaw puzzle and tried blockbuster. Evidently in blockbuster you are supposed to try to keep the little ball from taking pieces of Ken or Joe's shirt, but I was losing on purpose...rooting for the ball to take it all off! LOL

Thanks, Springie! I got all of Joe's shirt off in blockbuster! woohoo

Granted, it took me five attempts to succeed, but I was determined! I think the idea is that you only get 20 balls, and the longer you can keep each ball in play, bouncing around and knocking off pieces of shirt, by bouncing the ball off the "paddle" whenever the ball goes to the bottom of the screen, the better your chances of getting all the shirt off.

Damn, I think I'm addicted to this now...

ETA: I'm trying the second "Joe" blockbuster, and it is a lot harder, but he loses a lot more than just his shirt!

Hmmm TJ... I don't know why it won't work on your Mac... it seems to be a regular Java Applet...

Oh, I see...th object of the game is for them to take it all off! I'll have to try it again!

Well I can get it to load on my MAC and Safari, unfortunately I can not see a paddle to keep the ball up on the screen. But that maybe a Track pad problem not a Mac problem.

I managed to get everything off Joe in that one, but it took me many attempts. Clearly this game was designed to torment me!

At least now I have your screencaps to look at!

I had them all mis-arranged in this one too! I assumed they would be side-by-side, but eventually I figured out that Ken was actually above Joe, and then I had to move Ken, piece by piece...

Posted by Askura on 08-11-2008 at 21:33:

Don't suppose there's a Jun version of the
blockbuster?

Also - anybody know where the oldish online shoot 'em up game is? the one with the G-1 and GodPheonix.
