It's coming out in 2009 to a theatre near you. It has CGI! It stars Nicholas Cage! It's G-Force!!!!!

This isn't going to bode well... What happens in 2 years, when Gatchaman comes out?? Do we have a generation who says "Hey, I don't need to see that film! They just released it 2 years ago and it had to do with woodland creatures, not a team of ninja fighters!"
Blech. Yuck. P-tooey. I may boycott this film on pure principal... (does anyone own the rights to the G-Force name? Or has Sandy Frank's copyright run out on that too?? I know this has been discussed before, but I can't remember!)
Ok, so now for the obvious question... Who's going to tell Joe that this time he's being brought back as a hamster??

Sigh, I suppose that the term g-force isn't something that can be copyrighted. I can only hope that advertising and promoting of the Gatchaman movie will make it clear that it does not involve little furry animals!

There was a scene in Hot Shots 2 where Charlie Sheen's charactor was having a shootout with an Iraqi soldier and then comes along the Durcell battery bunny that keeps going and then the 2 soldiers just look at each other and shot the Durcell battery bunny that never kept going on after that.
