Ok, I admit to always having a love for the inane. However, this has to be one of my favorite movies. It was absolutely hilarious. I don't think the audience or I stopped laughing the entire time. It seems like it would be a stupid movie. That's the point, which gives the makers the chance to make fun of everything.

Definitely reccommend seeing this at least once. If it seems too stupid for you, I have one bit of solid evidence going for it. I literally dragged my mom to see it. She thought it was going to be inane, stupid, and pointless. She loves it and quotes it. So go for it!

Well I will see this whether I want to or not as my parents are both avid Shrek fans. Not that I didn't like the original, I thought it was one of the funiest films in a long time but I am always sceptical of sequels, especially of films that were very sucessfull.

I'm definitely going to see it when I get the chance. The way things are going, that might not be until it's out on DVD, but it's the highest summer movie on my virtual "want to see" list.

I thought it was cute but I don't feel the sequel was better. I still liked the original more.
