I've seen that episode...in ER they make her out to be someone Ken loved, but lost to his friend...
From what i understand in Gatch...she and the other guy are old flight school friends...and they keep her just as a friend to Ken...but she does resemble Jun...

I always thought that the girl in Gatch 1 from the "Romance Killed by Evil" episode looked a lot like Jun...in BOTP they were named Oren and Diane...but I can't remember in Gatch...I'll get a couple of screenies...

I'm not sure... Jun's look is very exotic and unique (green hair aside).
Maybe Vivian Leigh? You can't see it here, but I think she did have green eyes. Certainly she did in Gone With The Wind.

I wonder if the artists, pushed for time perhaps, sometimes "cheated" a bit and drew faces and hair for one-shot characters very similarly to the main characters, whom they were already accustomed to drawing over and over from many angles.
