No spoilers.
I haven't seen it yet, but I just watched a preview for it, has anyone seen the movie yet?

I don't think it's out for another day or so, Ebony.

I have seen the previews as well and wondered about the movie.
The question I have is: didn't the preview say something about a superhero? I don't recognize Hancock as the name of a hero. So where does that come from? (Or did I miss something in my youth) Or are they creating a new Hero?

I think everybody who watches it is going to be very pleasently surprised. For me, it ranks up there with Batman Begins as a Superhero film.
Oh, and yes, he's an original hero.

Just saw this movie tonight, and it is pretty good. My B/H thought it might be a little bit stupid but he was pleasantly surprised. I thought it was one of the better choices considering what else is out there.

Theres a Condorish manner about Hancock in the previews...
Not a bad boy, just he has a certain style to his super hero mannerisms!

No, there's none in the trailer. It's when the story gets going that there is.

Just saw the film. Not bad, not as funny as I thought it would be and was going to be disappointed at that until I saw the rest of the film.
I would recommend for anybody to see the film, though I wouldn't call Hancock an asshole (arsehole as it would be called in the British Isles) as you may find your/somebody else's head up somebody's/your backside and believe you me it looked.....a.....bit.....erm.....painful......
