Actually... so far so good. Thigns have been going well lately.

But I can sympathize with drying your laundry in cold weather, especially with a young one in the house! Their laundry weighs more than they do!

Honestly Ebony, being a cyborg must have it's good parts. Being stress and bullet resistant for one. He's faster , stronger, a real goon maw-machine! And I dubt Ken would dare start another fight with Joe!

So as long as he doesn't have to take 10 seconds oil baths, things are fine!

Awwww, it's getting cold there, huh? Well, it's about time you "Southerners" shared your warm weather with the Northern Hemisphere! tomatoes

Well, here in the Philippines, it's rainy season. For some strange reason, the thunderstorms don't come in the mornings so I could dry the laundry in the sun. But...for some sadistic reason by the Guy Up There, the thunderstorms always come banging and cracking along BEFORE Gatchaman comes on at 8 pm, wreaking havoc on my cable TV signal until the storm stops around... 8:40 to 9 pm AFTER Gatch has ended. I already complained to the cable TV service provider to make their darned equipment lightning and thunder proof.

Oh, one more rant, my paycheck is late again, so I can't go to the dentist to have my aching tooth capped and my enlarged thyroid checked out. Grrrr!

<Hino looks from her left to her right. Seeing no one else around, she asks....>

Are you speaking to me, Ebony?? Because I haven't complained about my job in a week??? Trust me, no one wants to hear an Eagle complain about the overwhelming responsibility their leader has put on them. Plus an Eagle doesn't really want to say too much, since we're supposed to remain calm under pressure and complete our missions in a quick and decisive manor with as few causalities as possible, something I've haven't been too successful with. Though luckily the only real casualty has been me, which since I'm the one leading the team, is a good thing. Oh, and all the mission reports we need to complete, which keeps us on the computer to all hours of the night, just to return to base the next day to do it all over again. And when we are at base, the constant interruptions that preempt us from completing said reports. And the meetings, to find out what our next mission (or 10) will be.... Oh, yes, we can definitely multi-task (and probably bring new meaning to the word), but all that quick right brain to left brain (and vice-versa) work takes it's toll on you.... (oh, whoops! That was a rant, wasn't it??? Ah well. Even us Eagles need to let it out every once-in-a-while!) Wink3

Which reminds me, I have a couple reports I need to do, plus a personnel description to write.

<Hino sweeps her left arm in front of her face and gives the familiar command. Suddenly, she's transformed from the Gatchamaniac in Eagle's Birdstyle back to her civilian self and heads off to delve back into the insanity that is her job.>

I think one of those strange moods hit me last night...it wasn't a real rant...
