Who is the Narrator in Gatchaman?

What is their relationship to the Team?

How do they know so many classified things about the KNT and Gallactor??

I mean we all knew where Rustbucket aggravating 7 Zark 7 was stationed...but no one ever knew the whereabouts of the Narrator..and where HE got his info from.

I have my theories...Perhaps said Narrator bypassed Tatsonoko was in cohorts with Susan from Planet Pluto?

Maybe its Chief Engineer Saburo Kamo from "Gatchaman Fighter" who at Nambu's instructions, created new weapons and a new ship for the team. Maybe it was him since he quoted in the final episode "Gatchaman can never die. They are the immortal phoenix!"

Perhaps the studio brought Kamo as the narrator but in order to get extra pay agreed to play the part of Chief Engineer.
