It's a Tie!
Ladies and Gentlemen (or maybe that should be Birds and Galactors) of the Board, we have a tie....
The Eagles and the Condors are both at 13!
So who is the lucky Condor who has tied with us Eagles? Or is it us Eagles who are now tied with the Condors?? Either way, I'm keeping an eye open for flying shuriken feathers!! 
(<---closest I could find to shuriken feather!)

But what of the active Eagles and Condors? Let's see...we have Kimi and Iborgia, and JW, and Gatchgirl as Frisking Condors!
On the Eagle side, there's Hino and occasionaly Met and Dami!
So the Condors still have the upper shuriken around!
