Lightning strikes first version

This is the short and sweet first story I wrote for When Lightening strikes...

As you can see its very short... but TJ read it and felt I could do better with the plot line...so what you see now in the real story started from this!

I haven't posted this anywhere else I just looked at it today and thought...

Why not post it here!

It's a bit fluff compared to the story that came from it.

Thanks TJ for giving me the Poke and making me do a better story...

Roll Ebony, you are too funny. FWIW, you did originally post this at the Clubhouse, which is where I read it. I just thought it had so much potential.... but never did I imagine Akiya and all of the fun Ken would get into traipsing around in the different timelines!

Still, you have a point. This is where it started, so it is an important historical piece. Big Grin

Ebony, maybe you can write a version where Ego doesn't get killed by Joe, too!

Amy face facts Ego is still a bad guy and he's bound to get killed by somebody!

TJ did you notice I deleted it from Clubhouse when I decided to a real plot for the idea...thats why it is only posted here now.

I read it the other day and laughed. It has such a different tone from the story that came from it...its the fluffiest piece I have ever done!

And a memorable part of your story, Ebony, because it leads to those raw emotions from Ryu, Joe and especially Ken. It still makes shudder to think about them.

ITA! A necessary and fulfilling part of the plot!

Well, I'm sure you can make him a nice guy then, when Ken returns into his belonging dimension!

Nope Amy it won't happen, he may have had the respect of his men at one point, but he did lose some when he got found out about lying to them...

You trying to make him perfect, like he was some kind of victim...well he did have a few things done wrong by him but it didn't justify the thousands of people who suffered because of his revenge, and the people he murdered to keep his secret quiet...

So no Amy I find him an interesting character to write about and I see he has two sides, but he was never that good of a person, if he was then he would have found another way to bring justice to the old Count and his spoilt son.

Ego could be very cruel to his enemies...
