Okay, I'm the first to admit that I saw this fic tons of times on the fic sites and passed by it, realizing that it was THAT kind of relationship between Ken and Joe.
I was wrong.
Okay, yes, it is THAT kind of relationship, but that's actually not the primary focus of the fic. Instead, it's really about Joe's mental torment and a typically Condor way of dealing with problems. I loved the insights into the way Joe's mind works, and wasn't overwhelmed with that 'other' stuff.
So no, I'm not 'converted', but I did enjoy the fic.

No, it's not really a "smut" piece, as you would say. It's more about fraternal love.
I take it as a monster-sized compliment that you liked it in spite of the bishonen-ai naughty parts.

That is how I saw this fic Eva. It it helped in my mind to displayed/describe the very close friendship between Ken and Joe. A relationship/bond that I see in my universe, between Mark and Jason, that is stronger that being brothers and less than lovers.
