Sneek Peek at New BOTP figures!
I got this link from Wendy's Gatchablog...

You can click on the picture for a bigger image.
Interesting... Does this seem for real? From the little you can see, they appear to be just like the Diamond action figures of a few years ago, except that Jason is bending his knee and the capes seem to flow (they're 'material', not solid plastic).
What do you guys think?

They look excellent TJ... can't hope to see them in RL! Question though... why would they be called BOTP when the movie is Gatch??? Or is this something else that I'm behind on?

Racer by day, Feather Thrower all the time!
Looks neat...wish we could see more detail! Thanks for showing us, TJ!

I have no idea why they are BOTP... maybe these are unrelated to the movie?

I'm looking at those and thinking how wierd the scale looks - you can see how Jun is squatting down behind Jinpei and Ryu looks sort of short behind her. If it wasn't for the odd boots on Ken and Joe, I'd wonder if it was a mockup using the Diamond Mark and Jason figures, the CG Princess figure, and then the smaller plastic BOTP Keyop and Tiny figures.
It's just a really odd picture, I think. Everything's so unclear.

Hi all!
I had seen these, and even pointed them out to Wendy, but hadn't said any about them yet simply because the details regarding them are unknown at this point. I've asked Jason Hofius about them, in case they're some sort of official BotP release, but I have yet to hear back from him (Considering he lives in San Diego, I'm not too surprised that he has been a bit preoccupied).
I've checked the Limited Toys Design website, and they have nothing about them there. It appears that Limited Toys Design specializes in creating custom figures, anything from one-of-a-kind figures to small limited runs of figures (On the order of 50~100 of a single figure). From that, I suspect that these are probably one-of-a-kind custom figures, possibly being made by and for the Thierry who provided the picture of them.
Supposedly they are using the Shadowman figure as a base. You can see a little about the Shadowman figures at:

So, until you hear otherwise, don't expect this to be the start of a brand new line of BotP figures, or even anything you'll be able to purchase in the future. Just assume that these are Thierry's nicely done custom 1/6th scale figures. If I find out otherwise, I'll be sure to say something about it here!
