Hi Everyone
I have really been stressed out all week...I have been made to come out of my comfort zone and this week will be the same...
Is it OK to admit you have caved under pressure internally...I think it is expectations and being under the spotlight in a new environment at work...I have been bottling it up...and it has come out in unexpected ways...
I like to come in here because you guys make me laugh...
I think I just need a hug...

The wonderful thing about here is you can come in vent all you need and you will still be loved.

You know after I posted that I began to feel much better. I guess to admit when you are feeling the pressure, it somehow lifts when you admit your feeling more than normal.
I was having dreams of water, like a stormy ocean lapping the shore with the tide rising and nowhere to go with big waving crashing, and I just stand there watching them coming in. At times I will be on a boat at sea...
I only ever have those dreams when I'm really stressed out badly, and I have not had them in a few years.
Its a real girly thing isn't that we need a hug...isn't it.
I guess I also had a friend who came into see me at work and was crying on my shoulder at work because of the stress in her job (she has a VERY stressful job, working with people going through rehab from addictions is a hard area, I admire her for it.)
Things were getting amplified in my mind!!!
