It is when a man ejaculates onto the chest/breast/neck of his partner. The ... uh ... ejaculate droplets are referred to as pearls, hence, pearl necklace.
At least that's what I think it means ... Afterall, I am an innocent Swan with no such naughty knowledge ....

That is the wonderful yet distractive part of the boards you come to read before getting to writing some more of your fic only to find that by the time you have got through all the posts you have to do something else and the poor little fic gets put aside for another time.
