This is from the BOTP mailing list. Imagi has signed a deal for Gatchaman movie toy production.

The article also states that the movie will be released in 2009... why am I not surprised?

Nope, if it works the way it has so far, the kids get their own set. You don't want to know what horrors they have inflicted upon their poor birdies....

But just yesterday, my son told me quite adamantly that he wanted Santa to bring him a Ken Costume for Christmas.

What am I going to do??????

You say "The team did not start training in their uniforms until they were "blank" years old." (Blank would be his age plus one, or TWO if you think we have to wait that long.)

Film comes out winter 2009, would toys and costumes come out before or after the film???

Either that or see if you can make him a costume.
