It's not at all bad -^_^- She's the right shape to wear it too. I've seen some other cosplays of the swan, where the costumes were just as nicely done but the girls wearing them are not quite so, um, athletic looking. Telno Virus (japanese page) had (or perhaps still has) a fantastic cosplay gallery - I recall an Eagle, Swan and Swallow on there as well as a lot of other anime characters. They take their cosplay very, very seriously.

The Swan outfit looks better than another picture I saw on a Yahoo Gatch site.
